ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Our bakery’s split into two separate zones
each with its own job, its own rules, and its own vibe.

First, the main bakery. This is where we mix, shape, prove, and fry every single donut. It’s a fully plant-based zone — no dairy, no eggs, no animal bits. Just pure vegan goodness, thanks to the custom donut mix we developed after months of testing (and taste-testing).

Once they’re fried to golden perfection, the donuts move to the decorating room. We’ve got separate setups here for plant-based, milk-based, and nut-based products. Everything’s planned, prepped, cleaned, and swabbed to keep things as safe and clean as humanly possible. We don’t mess around when it comes to allergens -  but let’s be real: this is a working bakery, and we do handle the following allergens on site:
wheat, soya, milk, egg, nuts, and sulphites, peanuts.

Whilst we make every effort in both our bakery and stores to ensure all of our products are prepared and handled in ways that avoid cross-contamination, we regretfully cannot guarantee any items we sell are completely allergen-free.
